What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee performance across a portfolio of real estate assets, aimed at maximizing value and long term returns
• Identify and assess risks across the portfolio, including market dynamics, lease expirations, and regulatory considerations
• Collaborate closely with property management while operating at a strategic, ownership level
• Analyze asset performance using financial modeling, cash flow projections, and scenario analysis
• Evaluate opportunities for development, acquisition, repositioning, or disposition
• Help build structure where it does not yet exist, including best practices, processes, and playbooks
• Contribute meaningfully to a growing organization where your voice and ideas truly matter
