Role: Ag/Business Banker based in Rock Valley, Iowa.

Essential Duties

• generate, negotiate, underwrite, and coordinate the closing of agricultural and commercial loans
• assist customers with a variety of banking transactions

Requirements

• 2- to 4-year degree in an agriculture- or business-related field
• Preference will be given to candidates with agricultural banking or ag-related sales experience
• Active involvement in the Rock Valley community
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and personable
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others
