Accounts Receivable Accountant

Overview

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking a senior level Accounts Receivable Accountant to support the Accounting Manager and contribute to general ledger activities. This position is 100% onsite in Morgan Hill, California 95037. It is a full-time role with benefits, offering a salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Accounting Manager and participate in general ledger activities, including month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain customer accounts and generate billing invoices.
• Post payments and reconcile accounts.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience in accounts receivable with strong collections abilities.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary is $70,000 to $90,000 per year for a full-time role with benefits. This position is onsite.
