Accountant

Overview

Candidates must reside in the mountain region of Colorado. R&H Shared Services is a subsidiary of R&H Mechanical Holdings and provides HR, payroll, and accounting services for all companies within the ESOP. R&H Mechanical Holdings comprises HVAC, mechanical, and engineering contracting firms. Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and manage general ledger entries
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
• Support audits and tax preparation as needed
• Identify opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficient in QuickBooks
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High level of integrity and accountability
• Experience: 2 years in accounting (Required)

• Strong problem-solving skills and accountability

Education and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
• Experience: 2 years in accounting (Required)

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year, depending on experience (DOE)
